Janice Churchman
Principal & Director / Conveyancing Practitioner
Wanaka
Janice has over 40 years・experience in the legal industry. She has been a Licensed Conveyancing Practitioner since August 2008 under Central Conveyancing and in November 2008 became Principal/Director of Central Conveyancing Limited. She held the position of President of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers (NZSOC) from 2009 - 2012 and is now a life member of the NZSOC.
Janice's primary objective as a Licensed Conveyancing Practitioner is to provide customers with a professional service that exceeds their expectations in all of the Conveyancing conditions and standards required. Janice spent several years working with the Public Trust and is a trust specialist.
Outside the office, Janice enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Nicky McIlvride-Winmill BA, MMS (Dist.), DipConv (Dist.)
Director / Conveyancing Practitioner
Taupo
Nicky began her career in conveyancing after graduating top of her class in 2011 with a Diploma in Conveyancing (with Distinction) from Bay of Plenty Polytechnic. She immediately started working as a Registered Conveyancer with Central Conveyancing under the supervision of Janice Churchman. Following successful completion of her two years supervision, Nicky achieved Conveyancing Practitioner status and became a Director of Central Conveyancing.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and a Master of Management Studies degree in Marketing, Nicky's move into the legal profession was something completely different! The creation of the new profession of conveyancing was what attracted Nicky to retrain after 20 years working in marketing roles...and what a success it has been. Nicky has a burgeoning conveyancing practice in Taupo and loves every minute of working with clients to achieve their property goals.
Outside the office, Nicky is Mum (and taxi) to four busy boys aged 8 to 16. She is a founding trustee of Dyslexia Support Taupo Trust and works hard to with this charitable trust to assist the local community with training, resourcing and support for people with dyslexia.
In her spare time, Nicky enjoys reading, coaching mini hockey, boating on the lake, spending time with friends and family and all things french!

Kate Swan – DipConv, NZLS Legal Exec Certificate
Conveyancing Practitioner
Taranaki
Kate began her career in law in 2000. She decided to take the next step with her legal career by graduating as a qualified conveyancer in 2010, and began operating as a Conveyancing Practitioner with Central Conveyancing in the Taranaki area in April 2018.
Kate loves helping people to achieve their property dreams, whether it’s the purchase of a first home or completing the subdivision of existing property. She can also help you with preparation of wills and other estate planning documentation. Her experience in the legal industry means that she has a broad range of knowledge to help you with most legal questions that you might have, not just with property! Her goal is to make the journey as simple as possible for her clients, and make any processes easy to understand and follow.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading, motorsport, competing in running events (slower than a tortoise running in peanut butter, but it’s the effort that counts!) and spending time with her family and friends.
