Kate Swan – DipConv, NZLS Legal Exec Certificate

Conveyancing Practitioner

Taranaki

Kate began her career in law in 2000.  She decided to take the next step with her legal career by graduating as a qualified conveyancer in 2010, and began operating as a Conveyancing Practitioner with Central Conveyancing in the Taranaki area in April 2018.

Kate loves helping people to achieve their property dreams, whether it’s the purchase of a first home or completing the subdivision of existing property.  She can also help you with preparation of wills and other estate planning documentation.  Her experience in the legal industry means that she has a broad range of knowledge to help you with most legal questions that you might have, not just with property!  Her goal is to make the journey as simple as possible for her clients, and make any processes easy to understand and follow.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading, motorsport, competing in running events (slower than a tortoise running in peanut butter, but it’s the effort that counts!) and spending time with her family and friends.
